Junior Design Architect

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Design Architect to join our creative team. The role involves contributing to all design phases, from concept through construction documents, while collaborating with consultants and contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Produce design drawings, renderings, presentations and physical models across all project stages.
• Develop construction documents from approved schematic designs and coordinate with civil and structural teams.
• Conduct site analysis, zoning research and material investigations as directed.
• Provide technical support during bidding, construction, permitting and RFI processes.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and coordinate with engineering disciplines.

Required profile

• Strong design and construction technical abilities with excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Capability to manage phases from schematic design to construction documents, independently or with supervision.
• Experience in site planning and zoning analysis.
• Self‑motivated, eager to learn and grow quickly in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit.
• Proficiency in Photoshop.
• Experience with standard PC architectural design software packages.
