Junior Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Albousalah, a Jordanian company that provides outsourcing services to local, Gulf and international businesses, is looking for a creative and motivated Junior Digital Marketing Specialist to join its Graphic Design and Digital Marketing team. The role suits someone who understands digital marketing, social media management and content creation, and can support marketing activities across different platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts.
• Plan, create and publish engaging social media content in coordination with the graphic design team.
• Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Create captions, marketing copy and content ideas aligned with the company's brand identity.
• Monitor social media performance, engagement and audience growth.
• Support paid advertising campaigns and assist in managing ads through Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
• Prepare regular reports on social media performance and campaign results.
• Coordinate with the graphic design team to keep visual identity and marketing materials consistent.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Creative thinking, attention to detail, willingness to learn and ability to work collaboratively in a creative and marketing team.

Required skills

• Understanding of digital marketing channels, social media platforms and online advertising tools.
• Basic understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
