Junior Lead Generation Specialist – Entry Level

About the role

Gibran is looking for ambitious, entry‑level professionals to join its fast‑growing sales outsourcing team as Junior Lead Generation Specialists. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients and setting up qualified meetings for the experienced sales team, with full training on AI tools, LinkedIn, and other resources.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify new business leads across multiple industries.
• Initiate contact with prospects via LinkedIn, email, and phone calls.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings for the business development team.
• Maintain up‑to‑date CRM records and generate sales reports.
• Prepare quotations and track Request for Quotations (RFQs).
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations.

Required profile

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 3 years of experience in sales, customer service, tele‑sales, or call‑center roles.
• Professional level of English (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and self‑motivation skills.
• Tech‑savvy and eager to learn new tools and techniques.
