Junior Lead Generation Specialist – Sales Outsourcing

About the role

Gibran is looking for ambitious Junior Lead Generation Specialists to join its fast‑growing sales outsourcing division. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating contact, and setting up qualified meetings for the experienced business development team.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify new business leads across target industries.
• Initiate outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone calls.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings for the business development team.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and generate regular sales reports.
• Prepare quotations and track Request for Quotations (RFQs).
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or up to 3 years of experience in sales, customer service, tele‑sales or call‑center environments.
• Professional level of English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication, organizational and self‑motivation skills.
• Team‑oriented attitude with a proactive approach to learning.
