Junior Product Owner

About the role

Estarta Solutions is looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Junior Product Owner to join its Amman team. This hybrid position is ideal for someone passionate about product development, customer experience, and agile methodologies, and who wants to build a career in product management.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in defining and maintaining product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
• Create, refine, and manage product backlog items, translating business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritise features and enhancements based on business value, customer needs, and strategic objectives.
• Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product review activities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document functional and non‑functional requirements.
• Facilitate communication between business teams and development teams, participating in customer meetings and workshops.
• Work closely with development, QA, UX/UI, and project teams throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring clarity on requirements and priorities.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and user adoption metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support user acceptance testing and product validation activities.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product ownership principles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable development tasks.
