Junior Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our project delivery team and start building a project‑management craft in a real client environment. Working under the guidance of senior team members, you will support project coordination, develop strong PM habits, and contribute to complex digital‑transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Accountable for P&L and overall project organization.
• Develop and maintain full project plans, KPIs, and release plans aligned with sprint outcomes.
• Act as responsible PM for specific functionalities or areas, handling hand‑overs and accounting.
• Resolve conflicts between delivery managers, project managers, and cross‑functional teams.
• Maintain the overall project plan, escalating discrepancies to relevant parties.
• Perform resource planning, project forecasting, and scope escalation management.
• Utilise AI tools for personal productivity and project‑management activities, ensuring all outputs are reviewed and validated.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in technical project management and leading project teams.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Excel.
• Working towards PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in both classic and agile project‑management methods.
• IT project‑management experience, preferably with public or healthcare sector clients.
• Independent, structured working style with strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
• Familiarity with Agile ceremonies and strong stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent English communication, both spoken and written.
