Learning Support Instructor (IB School)

About the role

Amman Academy, an internationally recognised IB World School located in the Khalda neighbourhood of West Amman, is looking for a Learning Support Instructor. The successful candidate will work with students aged 3‑19 in a bilingual English‑Arabic environment, supporting the delivery of the IB curriculum from Pre‑Kindergarten through Grade 12. The instructor will provide learning support to students, assisting teachers in delivering lessons and helping to implement individualized learning strategies. Key responsibilities

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in English literature or a related field
• 0–2 years of relevant experience
• Fluency in English (Arabic proficiency advantageous)
• IB graduates are preferred
• Familiarity with the IB system is a plus

Required skills

• Strong communication skills
• High levels of organization and time‑management
• Solid IT skills
