License Compliance Sales Representative (Turkish Speaker)

About the role

Autodesk is seeking a License Compliance Sales Representative who is fluent in Turkish and English. You will manage a high volume of compliance leads, engage customers at executive levels, and drive commercial resolutions while protecting Autodesk’s intellectual property.

Key responsibilities

• Work through large volumes of license compliance leads, uncover issues, and negotiate settlements.
• Initiate warning letters or audit requests, guide customers through the audit process, and present findings.
• Use Autodesk analytics tools and Salesforce.com to track leads, forecast sales, and maintain compliance records.
• Collaborate with territory sales, value‑added resellers, and legal teams to develop proposals and close compliance purchases.
• Engage CXO‑level customers to secure cooperation and deliver difficult compliance messages.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of inside sales experience, preferably in software or license compliance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Turkish and English.
• Ability to negotiate and mitigate complex push‑back from customers.
• Critical thinking to apply licensing rules to varied software deployments.
