About the role

We are looking for a motivated Life Insurance Sales Agent to join MetLife Insurance Company in Jordan. The role focuses on generating new business, achieving sales targets, and delivering excellent service to our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Generate business and meet sales targets using professional sales techniques.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client requirements with internal departments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Economics, Insurance or a related field (mandatory).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales.
• Excellent communication and selling skills.
• Knowledge of insurance is a plus.
