Life Insurance Sales Representative

About the role

MetLife Jordan is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Life Insurance Sales Representative to join its Amman office. You will be responsible for identifying prospective customers, explaining life‑insurance solutions and guiding clients toward products that match their financial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, approach and qualify new customers.
• Conduct needs analysis and present suitable life‑insurance policies.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to policy closing.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow‑up on leads.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams, attend sales meetings and training sessions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Proven ability to generate leads, build pipelines and close life‑insurance policies.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with active listening and relationship‑building skills.
• Basic to intermediate understanding of finance and insurance concepts.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with effective time‑management under targets.
• High integrity, professionalism and respect for confidentiality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field preferred; relevant certifications a plus.
• Experience in life insurance, banking or financial services sales preferred; entry‑level candidates with strong sales aptitude considered.
• Fluency in Arabic and good command of English (written and spoken) beneficial.
