Lifeguard – Full Time

About the role

Join Marriott International as a Lifeguard at our Dead Sea resort. You will ensure the safety of guests in the swimming area while providing a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor swimmers, identify distress, and perform rescue techniques when needed.
• Enforce pool rules and safety regulations, and report unsafe conditions.
• Assist injured guests until emergency services arrive.
• Maintain cleanliness of the pool deck, towels, and surrounding areas.
• Report accidents, injuries, and hazards to management.
• Welcome guests, ensure a professional appearance, and assist individuals with disabilities.
• Perform routine inspections of equipment and maintain confidentiality of company information.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• CPR and First Aid certifications.
• No prior lifeguard experience required.
• Ability to work full‑time shifts and respond quickly to emergencies.

Required skills

• CPR certification.
• First Aid certification.
