Lifeguard (Full Time)

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Lifeguard to ensure the safety and enjoyment of guests at our pool facility in Amman. The role involves monitoring swimmers, responding to emergencies, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Observe the swimming area for dangerous conditions, unsafe activities, and swimmers in distress.
• Apply appropriate rescue techniques and provide first‑aid assistance until emergency services arrive.
• Promote and enforce pool rules and regulations.
• Maintain the pool deck by washing, mopping, folding and stacking towels according to company procedures.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to the manager.
• Welcome guests, ensure a professional appearance, and assist individuals with disabilities.
• Inspect equipment for defects and keep the work area safe.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• CPR certification.
• First Aid certification.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site and respond quickly to emergencies.
• No prior lifeguard experience required.
