Lifeguard – Resort Pools & Beach

About the role

The Lifeguard will ensure the safety of guests using the resort’s multiple swimming facilities and beach area. You will continuously monitor water activities, enforce safety rules, and respond swiftly to any incidents, contributing to a secure and enjoyable environment for all visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the Summer Pool, Children’s Pool, Winter Pool, Spa Infinity Pool, Beach Lounge Infinity Pool and beach area.
• Monitor guests at all times, intervene when necessary, and provide assistance to swimmers in difficulty.
• Enforce health, safety, fire‑prevention policies and pool regulations.
• Report changing weather conditions to the supervisor, security and main gate for possible pool closures.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area, including pool decks and related facilities.
• Wear the correct uniform with name badge and uphold a professional appearance.
• Collaborate respectfully with team members and other hotel departments.

Required profile

• Good knowledge of local streets, tourist attractions, culture and events.
• Ability to learn and follow the fastest and safest routes for emergency response.
• Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
