Logistics Manager – Dental Industry

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics Manager to lead and optimise end‑to‑end logistics and supply‑chain activities for our dental laboratory and digital smile design business. The role ensures timely, cost‑effective movement of materials and finished products across domestic and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and oversee all logistics and supply‑chain operations.
• Manage domestic and international shipments, ensuring timely and cost‑effective delivery.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers and courier companies.
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with internal departments to maintain optimal stock.
• Develop and improve logistics processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and customs requirements.
• Track shipments, resolve transportation issues and communicate updates.
• Negotiate freight rates and service agreements with logistics providers.
• Prepare logistics reports, analyse KPIs and recommend improvements.
• Lead, supervise and develop the logistics team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Logistics Manager or in a similar logistics leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping, customs procedures and supply‑chain operations.
• Excellent organisational, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
