Lounge Manager

About the role

The Lounge Manager leads daily operations of the lounge, ensuring a refined guest experience that aligns with Fairmont’s brand standards. You will oversee service flow, ambiance, and product quality while driving revenue and sustainability initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all lounge activities, including opening, closing, and cash handling procedures.
• Maintain the lounge’s ambiance, cleanliness, and presentation to reflect the brand’s image.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, work with culinary and bar teams to update menus, and implement upselling strategies.
• Create personalized guest experiences, address feedback promptly, and build relationships with repeat and VIP guests.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate a high‑performing team, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Manage financial performance by monitoring budgets, controlling costs, preparing reports, and overseeing inventory and procurement.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, HACCP, and Accor/Fairmont brand standards, and support sustainability programs.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in lounge, bar, or hotel food‑and‑beverage operations.
• Strong leadership and guest‑service orientation.
• Ability to manage budgets, inventory, and staff performance.
