Maintenance Manager – Automotive Workshop

About the role
We are seeking a results‑driven Maintenance Manager to lead our automotive workshop, ensuring high‑quality vehicle service and strong customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for the overall performance of the workshop and its technical team.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily workshop operations and manage technician performance.
- Ensure timely, high‑quality maintenance and repair of vehicles.
- Handle client communication and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Monitor spare‑parts consumption and coordinate with the procurement team.
- Prepare maintenance reports and track key performance indicators.
- Enforce safety standards and operational procedures.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of hands‑on experience in maintenance operations.
- Proven experience with electric vehicles (EV) is mandatory.
- Strong background in a corporate environment.
- Confident leader with excellent people and communication skills.
- Well‑presented, professional appearance.
- Good command of English.
