Manager, Account Executive

About the role

Visa is seeking a seasoned Manager, Account Executive to lead relationship management for a portfolio of assigned accounts, driving growth across Debit, Credit, Prepaid and Commercial payment products. The role combines strategic client engagement with cross‑functional collaboration to expand product penetration and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and deepen relationships with assigned clients, acting as the primary point of contact across all relevant stakeholder groups.
• Develop and execute country and account plans, identifying opportunities to increase transaction volumes and product adoption.
• Gather market intelligence, monitor competitor strategies, and lead strategic responses to ensure Visa’s competitiveness.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Merchant Sales, and Solutions teams to champion new product introductions and expand existing product usage.
• Support the execution of business plans, ensuring initiatives, budgets and KPIs are consistently met.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing or related field; MBA or postgraduate qualification is a plus.
• 5–7 years of experience in account management, business development or sales within payments, banking, fintech or technology.
• Proven track record of managing client relationships, driving revenue growth and product penetration.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen with the ability to interpret market trends and client performance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem‑solving skills; fluent in English.
