Marketing Analyst (Bangkok) – Relocation Provided

About the role

Join Agoda's data‑driven Marketing team in Bangkok, where you will help design, test, and optimise large‑scale marketing programmes that drive customer lifetime value. You will work closely with analysts, strategists and data scientists to turn experiment results into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run experiments on ad campaigns, bidding and pricing across platforms such as Google, Bing, TripAdvisor and Trivago.
• Analyse experiment data, build predictive models (e.g., TV campaign impact, price elasticity) and collaborate with product teams on implementation.
• Create and maintain dashboards to monitor performance, surface growth levers and present recommendations to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, business, science).
• 2+ years of data‑analysis experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity or strategy/business for a fast‑growing global tech company.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to make fast, evidence‑based decisions and take ownership of impact.

Required skills

• Proficiency with data‑analysis tools such as SAS, R, SPSS, Python, VBA, SQL.
• Experience using visualisation platforms like Tableau or Power BI.
