Marketing and Brand Growth Specialist

About the role

A growing multi-brand restaurant group is building its own in-house marketing department and is looking for a hands-on, creative and commercially minded Marketing & Brand Growth Specialist. The group already has a dedicated Content Creator, so it needs someone who can build brands, develop strategies, run campaigns and drive measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies across the restaurant brands, strengthening their positioning, identity and market presence.
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, brand awareness and restaurant traffic through creative and data-driven initiatives.
• Conceptualize and run marketing campaigns, new menu launches, seasonal promotions, collaborations and brand activations.
• Own the social media presence on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other platforms, focusing on growth, engagement and conversion.
• Plan, manage and optimize paid advertising on Meta, Google and other digital platforms.
• Elevate brands, differentiate them from competitors and strengthen their positioning.
• Develop collaborations with influencers, creators and complementary brands.
• Track KPIs, analyze campaign performance, manage marketing budgets and optimize results.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing, digital marketing, brand management or growth marketing.
• Experience in F&B, hospitality, restaurants or consumer brands is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of growth marketing and customer acquisition.
• Analytical mindset, able to measure performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative, proactive, organized and able to manage multiple brands at once.

Required skills

• Hands-on experience developing and running marketing campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of social media strategy and digital advertising.
• Understanding of brand positioning, customer behaviour and market trends.
