Marketing Associate – Social Media (Night Shift)

About the role

Tintix, an automotive restyling company with U.S. operations, is looking for a creative Marketing Associate to work from its Amman office. The role runs on a night shift to align with U.S. business hours, ensuring constant collaboration with the U.S. team.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage the social‑media content calendar across all platforms.
• Schedule and publish posts consistently and on time.
• Coordinate daily with the U.S. team on content direction, filming, and priorities.
• Organize content filming sessions and align shot lists with the U.S. shop team.
• Support paid‑advertising efforts on Google and social platforms, including setup, monitoring, and optimization.
• Track trends, audio formats, and competitor activity, turning insights into new content ideas.
• Maintain organized archives of postings, assets, and content.
• Report performance metrics and propose ideas to improve reach and engagement.

Required profile

• Highly creative with a strong visual sense and awareness of social trends.
• Very organized, reliable with deadlines and calendars.
• Comfortable working night shift to stay in sync with the U.S. team.
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
• Self‑starter able to take direction from a remote team and execute independently.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Familiarity with paid advertising on Google Ads and social platforms.
