About the role

We are an international company operating across Europe and the Middle East, seeking a motivated professional to join our Marketing & Business Development team. The successful candidate will support promotional activities, identify new business opportunities, and help strengthen client relationships in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
• Identify, qualify, and develop new business prospects.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients and strategic partners.
• Prepare proposals, reports, presentations, and other business documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to achieve sales and marketing targets.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Arabic, both spoken and written.
• Professional attitude with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with basic digital tools.
• Experience with CRM tools and social media platforms (preferred).
