About the role

The Marketing & Communications Lead will support the development and execution of the company’s marketing strategies, strengthen brand identity, create compelling content, and drive client satisfaction initiatives. This role is focused on increasing brand awareness across both online and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough market research on trends, client preferences, competition and emerging industries.
• Support the development and refinement of the company’s marketing strategy to align with business goals and market opportunities.
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for online and offline campaigns.
• Create marketing content for the website and social media platforms to enhance online presence.
• Regularly update website content based on audience preferences, industry trends, and company updates.
• Implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and attract organic traffic.
• Monitor and assess the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools and generate comprehensive reports.
• Oversee participation in industry events and conferences to boost brand visibility and generate leads.
• Map client and prospective employee journeys, create personas, and identify touchpoints to improve satisfaction.
• Structure feedback mechanisms to gather insights from clients and potential employees and manage relationships with social media agencies.

Required profile

• Proven ability to support the development and refinement of marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Experience creating and managing both online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset to monitor performance metrics and produce actionable reports.
