Marketing & Customer Support Specialist

About the role

The Marketing & Customer Support Specialist will strengthen the terminal’s market position and enhance the overall customer experience by supporting marketing initiatives and handling day‑to‑day customer service activities.

Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation of marketing and communication campaigns.
• Maintain and manage customer communication and support channels.
• Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Keep accurate customer records and interaction history.
• Prepare customer communications, presentations and marketing materials.
• Assist with market research, competitor analysis and customer surveys.
• Coordinate customer meetings and engagement activities.
• Monitor recurring customer issues and escalate when necessary.
• Develop customer‑facing content and digital communications.
• Prepare regular customer and marketing performance reports.
• Collaborate closely with Commercial and Operations teams to improve the customer journey.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in customer service, marketing or commercial roles.
• Experience in logistics, ports or transportation is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
