About the role

Blue Mark, a performance‑marketing agency operating across nine markets, is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead strategy, oversee the delivery team and drive client results from its Amman office.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and approve marketing strategies and plans for all agency clients.
  • Lead and manage Account Managers, Media Buyers and the Media Production team.
  • Review and sign off campaigns, content plans and client deliverables before launch.
  • Set performance benchmarks, monitor results and hold the team accountable.
  • Act as the strategic liaison between clients and the execution team.
  • Identify growth opportunities for existing clients and flag risks early.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and introduce new ideas.

Required profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within an agency.
  • Proven experience managing a team and owning client accounts end‑to‑end.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to act quickly on data.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
