Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the full marketing function for our portfolio of food brands. This end‑to‑end position offers ownership of brand strategy, trade execution, digital presence, product development and retail experience, ensuring our brands stand out both on‑shelf and online.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute brand strategy and positioning across the product portfolio.
• Lead trade marketing initiatives, including shelf presence, promotions and in‑store execution.
• Develop and manage digital and social media strategy, content creation and community growth.
• Provide input on new product development from concept through launch.
• Oversee retail and customer experience across owned branded outlets.
• Direct packaging and creative design in partnership with external agencies.
• Conduct market research, competitive tracking and consumer insight analysis.
• Plan marketing budget, monitor ROI and ensure financial accountability.

Required profile

• 10+ years of marketing experience in FMCG, preferably food & beverage.
• Demonstrated ability to improve both brand metrics and commercial results.
• Comfortable operating strategically while remaining hands‑on.
• Experience in at least two areas such as brand, trade, digital, or retail/CX.
• Bilingual Arabic/English is a plus.
