Marketing Manager

About the role

SHELTER COFFEE, a specialty coffee brand established in 2019 in Irbid, Jordan, is looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead its marketing strategy and strengthen its brand presence. The brand operates three divisions: SHELTER COFFEE DRIVE, SHELTER COFFEE HOUSE and SHELTER FACTORY (pastry production and B2B wholesale).

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies across all business divisions.
• Plan and run digital advertising campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Create monthly marketing calendars and oversee content planning.
• Develop campaign concepts and promotional strategies.
• Coordinate with the in-house videographer and oversee graphic design to keep brand consistency.
• Manage social media strategy and community engagement.
• Run initiatives to attract wholesale B2B clients for SHELTER FACTORY.
• Monitor campaign performance, optimise ad budgets and track KPIs such as customer acquisition and campaign ROI.
• Identify market trends and present regular performance reports to management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing management or digital marketing.
• Experience developing creative marketing campaigns.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills; able to manage several projects and coordinate creative teams.
• Analytical mindset focused on measurable results.
• Food and beverage or hospitality experience preferred; graphic design knowledge is an advantage.
