Marketing Manager – Retail Sector

About the role

We are looking for a senior Marketing Manager to lead the retail marketing function for Key Jordan. The role will shape brand strategy, drive customer acquisition, and oversee all digital and offline campaigns to support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Plan and execute promotional, seasonal and product‑launch campaigns across online and offline channels.
• Manage brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints.
• Lead digital initiatives including social media, paid advertising, SEO/SEM and website optimisation.
• Analyse market trends, customer insights and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies to deliver marketing projects.
• Control the marketing budget and maximise return on investment.
• Lead, mentor and develop the marketing team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field (Master’s a plus).
• 15+ years of marketing experience, with proven experience in the retail sector.
• Strong leadership, analytical and project‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic.
• Legally eligible to work in Jordan (Jordanian or non‑Jordanian).
