Marketing Officer

About the role

The Marketing Officer will join Al Nejmah Sweets in Amman to design and execute marketing campaigns that boost brand visibility and customer engagement across local and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and monitor promotional campaigns for the brand.
• Conduct market research to analyse trends, competitors and consumer preferences.
• Develop comprehensive marketing plans and coordinate with sales teams.
• Manage social media channels and grow the online brand presence.
• Track campaign performance, prepare reports and recommend data‑driven improvements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Support product launches and promotional activities.

Required profile

• Strong marketing and sales knowledge with the ability to execute campaigns.
• Experience in market research and analysis.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field (preferred).
• Prior experience in the food, confectionery or FMCG sector is an advantage.
• Ability to work on‑site in Amman and manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset and familiarity with basic marketing analytics and reporting tools.
