Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Marketing Specialist will drive JorAMCo and JorAMCo Academy’s marketing and media initiatives. You will ensure brand consistency across all channels, support events, and maintain strong engagement with agencies, media, and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee design, review, and alignment of all marketing materials with brand guidelines.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and events such as exhibitions, conferences, and air shows, handling floor maps, ushers, and on‑site coordination.
• Manage below‑the‑line (BTL) media design, ensuring quality and brand alignment.
• Update and maintain the corporate website backend to keep content and visuals current.
• Run social media content calendars, coordinate design, schedule posts, and engage the community.
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors, supervise photo/video shoots, and prepare reports using Excel.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration or related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in marketing or communications.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Proactive, flexible, and able to work under pressure, with willingness to travel.
