Marketing Specialist – Lead Generation & Content

About the role

Khibraty is seeking a Marketing Specialist to drive inbound lead generation through compelling, content‑led campaigns targeting HR leaders, L&D decision‑makers, government entities, CEOs and corporate executives across Jordan, Saudi Arabia and the wider MENA region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a content‑led lead generation strategy aligned with the company’s 3Cs framework and service lines.
• Build and manage a consistent content calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram and the company website for HR, L&D and organizational development audiences.
• Produce or commission thought‑leadership assets such as articles, case‑study narratives, short videos and campaign creatives.
• Design and run paid campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) optimized for lead capture among corporate and government decision‑makers.
• Create and manage landing pages, lead magnets and inbound funnels for specific service lines.
• Monitor and report on qualified leads, cost per lead, content engagement and conversion rates.
• Collaborate closely with the business development team to hand over marketing‑qualified leads with full context.

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2B digital marketing experience with a strong focus on content‑driven lead generation.
• Background in marketing consulting, training, L&D or professional services and familiarity with long sales cycles.
• Excellent written English; Arabic proficiency is a significant advantage.
• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager and preferably Google Ads.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools, preferably HubSpot.
