Marketing Strategy & GTM Manager

About the role

We are looking for a strategic, creative, and commercially minded Marketing Strategy & GTM Manager to shape and execute our go‑to‑market initiatives. You will lead the planning, launch, and optimisation of marketing programmes that drive growth across our B2B SaaS portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop quarterly and annual marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead GTM strategies for product launches, services, and market expansions.
• Create and execute integrated online and offline campaigns.
• Design innovative, non‑traditional marketing concepts and activations.
• Own end‑to‑end event management, including conferences, webinars, workshops, and product launches.
• Manage event budgets, vendors, logistics, and production teams.
• Analyse campaign, website, content, and event performance and translate insights into actionable initiatives.
• Build executive‑level reports and dashboards; review and approve marketing assets.
• Monitor marketing trends, AI innovations, and emerging technologies.
• Coordinate internal teams, agencies, freelancers, and external partners to ensure alignment with business goals.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Marketing Strategy, GTM, Campaign Management, Product or Brand Marketing.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful GTM strategies and integrated campaigns.
• Strong experience managing events and brand activations from concept to execution.
• Deep understanding of marketing analytics, performance measurement and reporting.
• Excellent project management, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Creative mindset with ability to generate innovative campaign concepts.
• Experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
