Marketing Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a senior, hands‑on Marketing Supervisor to own the full marketing function for our brands. Reporting directly to the Owner/Founder, you will design and execute strategies across all channels, with a strong focus on events and trade activations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage monthly and quarterly marketing plans, set campaign goals and track performance.
• Plan and run brand and trade‑marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with principal guidelines and optimal use of trade funds.
• Own social media and content creation, maintaining an active and consistent online presence.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google and other platforms while monitoring return on spend.
• Conceptualise, budget, coordinate and execute events and in‑store activations from start to finish.
• Handle day‑to‑day marketing execution, supplier management and comprehensive reporting.

Required profile

• 5+ years of marketing experience in FMCG, consumer goods, distribution or retail.
• Proven track record managing the full marketing mix, not just a single channel.
• Experience working with brand principals and trade‑marketing budgets.
• Analytical mindset, comfortable making data‑driven decisions.
• Highly organised, independent and able to run marketing initiatives without constant supervision.
• Confident in managing events, external partners, venues and sponsors.
