About the role

Jo Academy is seeking a Mathematics Subject Matter Expert to join its Academic Content Team. The role involves collaborating with instructional designers and eLearning developers to create high‑quality, curriculum‑aligned mathematics content for digital learning platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, review, and validate mathematics educational content and assessments.
• Create high‑quality questions, exercises, and model answers that align with curriculum standards.
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and academic integrity of all mathematics content.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and content developers to produce engaging learning experiences.
• Review and improve existing materials based on feedback and learning objectives.
• Support the development of interactive digital learning activities and assessments.
• Conduct research to keep content relevant, accurate, and aligned with best educational practices.
• Participate in content quality assurance and validation processes.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the direct manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in teaching, curriculum development, or related educational roles.
• Strong subject‑matter expertise in mathematics and a passion for education.
• Ability to create accurate, engaging, and curriculum‑aligned learning materials.
