Mechanical Design & Site Engineer

About the role

ALTAYSEER is seeking a motivated Mechanical Design & Site Engineer to join its Mechanical Engineering Department. You will be responsible for creating and reviewing mechanical designs for under‑floor heating, boilers, and heat‑pump systems, as well as ensuring their proper implementation on site.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review mechanical designs for UFH, boilers, heat pumps, and related systems.
• Produce and check technical drawings using AutoCAD.
• Conduct site visits to verify that installations follow approved designs.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to keep projects on schedule.
• Monitor site progress, material delivery, and installation quality.
• Identify and resolve technical issues during execution.
• Support testing, commissioning, and final inspections.
• Prepare technical reports, site reports, and as‑built documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience in mechanical design and site engineering.
• Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
• Valid driving license and personal vehicle.

Required skills

• AutoCAD.
• Design of Underfloor Heating (UFH) systems.
• Boiler and heat‑pump design.
• Mechanical/HVAC installation knowledge.
• Site inspection and measurement.
• Testing and commissioning of HVAC systems.
• Simulation software such as TSol and HAP (optional but advantageous).
