Mechanical Engineer – Proposals

About the role

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer – Proposals to join our Amman office. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will work closely with the proposals team to create technical solutions for water, wastewater and ventilation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical concepts that meet client specifications.
• Prepare detailed project proposals, including technical submittals, drawings and documentation.
• Perform cost estimation and budgeting for proposed solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional engineers and sales staff to ensure proposals are accurate and competitive.
• Maintain and update CAD models and related files throughout the proposal lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of mechanical engineering fundamentals.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly in English.

Required skills

• Computer‑Aided Design (CAD) software proficiency – AutoCAD and Revit.
• Microsoft Office suite – Word and Excel.
