Media Technical Senior Coordinator

About the role

The Media Technical Senior Coordinator oversees the end‑to‑end development and production of media content for multiple projects, ensuring that all outputs meet donor requirements and organizational communication standards.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for all technical and production‑related media activities within programs.
• Coordinate with program teams and the Communications & Media Department to deliver timely, high‑quality media outputs.
• Support planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for communication and media activities.
• Develop and manage production schedules, timelines, and workflows.
• Provide technical support for success stories, field documentation, photography, videography, and video editing.
• Oversee field media production logistics and maintain equipment inventory and maintenance logs.
• Recommend media equipment, tools, and technologies to enhance production capacity.
• Prepare periodic reports on media coverage, communication outputs, and content performance.
• Coordinate with external photographers, videographers, and production vendors.
• Build capacity of program staff in basic media collection and documentation techniques.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Media or a related field.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in media production and coordination.
