Medical Field Supervisor – Dermatology & Skincare

About the role

JordanE&E Pharmaceuticals is seeking an experienced Medical Field Supervisor to lead and expand its dermatology, skincare and haircare portfolio in Jordan. The role bridges medical recommendation with pharmacy sell‑out, ensuring that dermatologists and pharmacists work together to drive brand growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a field team to promote derma products to dermatologists, clinics and pharmacies.
• Develop and execute medical promotion plans and commercial strategies.
• Identify market opportunities and translate them into sales growth.
• Maintain and grow relationships with key dermatologists, pharmacists and pharmacy chains.
• Coach and mentor the field team to achieve targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Jordanian market.
• Strong background working with dermatologists, dermatology clinics and pharmacy channels.
• Proven track record with skincare and haircare product portfolios.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and develop a sales team.
• Ownership, accountability and results‑driven mindset.

Required skills

• Medical promotion and commercial execution.

• Deep knowledge of pharmacy distribution in Jordan.
