About the role

The CNA/MedTech at Sagewood at Daybreak delivers quality care, fostering independence and supporting each resident’s physical, social, cultural, and intellectual well‑being.

Key responsibilities

Assist residents with simple requests, bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, ambulation and other daily activities.
Provide companionship, develop strong resident relationships, and respond to emergencies following policies.
Document care provided and ensure resident service plans are up‑to‑date.
Review 24‑hour reports and care checklists regularly.

Required profile

High school diploma or GED (preferred) and completion of a nursing assistant course.
First Aid and CPR certification (if required) and ability to meet state training requirements.
Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA) preferred.
