MENA Global Public Independence Associate – Risk Management

About the role

EY is seeking a motivated graduate to join its MENA Independence/Risk Management team in Amman. The associate will support independence initiatives across the region, ensuring compliance with auditor independence rules and EY policies.

Key responsibilities

• Support the KSA Independence team by applying knowledge of local auditor independence rules (SOCPA) and EY Global policies.
• Assist in client acceptance assessments and perform periodic independence procedures.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with EY team members across the MENA region.
• Promote ethics, audit quality, risk management, and independence within the firm.
• Participate in additional projects to support independence initiatives as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Compliance, Risk, Accounting, Business or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and engage multiple stakeholders.
• Interest in compliance, ethics, and maintaining risk/independence standards.
