MEServe Consulting Operational Associate

About the role

The MEServe Consulting Operational Associate supports the Consulting Line of Service by ensuring compliance and risk management throughout client engagements. This position works closely with engagement teams and multiple internal risk functions to maintain regulatory standards while delivering high‑quality consulting services.

Key responsibilities

• Execute pre‑engagement and post‑engagement compliance tasks for client and project onboarding.
• Collaborate with Engagement and Independence teams to manage third‑party onboarding and Joint Business Relationship approvals.
• Facilitate annual compliance reviews with central review teams and engagement leads.
• Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines to complete required risk assessments on time.
• Communicate professionally with diverse stakeholders across the firm.
• Manage relationship checks, Anti‑Fraud Solutions (AFS), Know‑Your‑Customer (KYC) processes, and engagement acceptance assessments on the Salesforce platform.
• Assist audit partners with AFS initiation, completion, and approval.
• Provide feedback on Salesforce features and help resolve risk alerts.
• Validate and approve client information on the SUN platform in collaboration with the data quality team.
• Support engagement teams with inquiries, requests, and occasional compliance training.
