职位概况

负责Amman市Issam Al Ajlouni街区餐厅及酒吧的日常运营管理，提升客人满意度并实现财务目标。

主要职责

监督餐厅、酒吧及客房服务区的运营与卫生标准。
管理并培训员工，制定排班并在高峰时段协助服务。
审核人力需求，控制成本，确保财务目标达成。
处理客诉，收集反馈并持续改进服务质量。
确保遵守食品安全、酒类法律及相关法规。

任职要求

高中学历或同等学历，具备4年餐饮或厨房相关工作经验；或拥有两年制相关专业学位并具2年经验。
具备团队领导与沟通能力，能够在员工缺勤时承担职责。
了解当地食品卫生及酒类法规。

必备技能

餐饮运营管理经验。
熟悉食品安全与卫生标准。
具备基本的财务与成本控制意识。
