  • Ensure the project follows the IASC MHPSS Guidelines and Minimum Standards, consent/assent, confidentiality and safeguarding procedures.
  • Plan and follow up on capacity building for partner frontline staff (MHPSS basics, Psychological First Aid, safe identification and referral).
  • Monitor project indicators and prepare progress and final reports.
  • Support the team in problem-solving, case conferences and quality of documentation.

Required profile

  • Master's degree in psychology, mental health or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in MHPSS programs, preferably with NGOs in humanitarian settings.

  • Strong reporting skills in English and Arabic.
  • Coordination, planning, communication, teamwork, analytical thinking, sensitivity to the needs of children and displaced families, and ability to work under pressure.

The contract is 2.5 months, closing on 5 November 2026. Applications are made through the online form together with a CV; only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
