Mid-level Business Developer – Managed Services & Cloud Solutions

About the role

SlashTEC is seeking a Mid-level Business Developer to drive new revenue opportunities for its managed services and technology solutions. Based in Amman, you will work closely with cross‑functional teams to engage clients, shape proposals, and close deals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and qualify new business leads in the technology sector.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and demos tailored to client needs.
• Coordinate with technical, product, and operations teams to design customized solutions.
• Manage opportunities through the sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Conduct market and competitor research to support sales forecasts and strategic planning.

Required profile

• Proven business development and B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, managed services, or cloud solutions.
• Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to perform market analysis and data‑driven decision making.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proactive, results‑oriented attitude and willingness to adapt in a fast‑changing tech environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with managed services, cloud hosting, OTT, VAS, and DevOps concepts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Ability to collaborate with technical, product, and operations teams.
