About the role
The Minibar Attendant joins the Guest Service Support team at a luxury hotel, ensuring that minibar and related food‑and‑beverage areas are stocked, clean, and ready for guests. This full‑time position contributes to a memorable guest experience by maintaining high standards of service and presentation.
Key responsibilities
- Stock, replenish, and organize minibar items and related supplies.
- Clean work areas, tables, and service stations throughout the shift.
- Assist the kitchen and other food‑and‑beverage staff as needed.
- Verify menu information and ensure accurate presentation of items.
- Handle light lifting (up to 25 lb) and assisted lifting (up to 50 lb) of supplies.
- Maintain a safe, tidy environment by following company policies and safety procedures.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior work experience required; experience in a food‑and‑beverage setting is a plus.
- No supervisory experience needed.
- No specific licenses or certifications required.
