ML/AI Ops Engineer

About the role

CodeInn is looking for a full‑time, on‑site ML/AI Ops Engineer in Amman, Jordan. You will be responsible for deploying, monitoring, and maintaining machine‑learning and AI models in production, ensuring they are reliable, scalable, and performant.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to operationalise models.
• Manage the full model lifecycle, from deployment to retirement.
• Automate workflows and optimise infrastructure for AI workloads.
• Handle incident response, performance tuning, and system health monitoring.
• Produce documentation, drive process improvements, and facilitate cross‑team communication.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Understanding of customer needs and value propositions.
• Operations and project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or equivalent practical experience.

Required skills

• Experience with ML/AI platforms such as MLflow or Kubeflow.
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines.
• Containerisation using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Scripting/programming in Python or Bash.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and monitoring/logging tools.
