Mobilisation Manager – Onboarding & Relocation Lead

About the role

The Mobilisation Manager will own end‑to‑end onboarding for new hires across Saudi Arabia and later the wider GCC. You will partner with division leaders and Talent Acquisition to ensure a seamless, professional experience for every candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all onboarding activities for KSA initially, expanding to the GCC.
• Collaborate with Division Leadership to meet strict project resource deadlines.
• Work closely with Talent Acquisition to prioritize hires and provide mobilisation updates.
• Coordinate with Support Division to secure IT equipment, system access, and venue access for new employees.
• Develop support materials such as New Joiner Packs and SOPs.
• Provide personalised after‑care, including bank account setup, rental guidance, and dependent support.
• Execute any additional responsibilities assigned by HR Leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with 2‑3 years focused on fast‑paced onboarding.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Preferably a CIPD or equivalent HR qualification.
• Strong knowledge of the local labour market and mobility regulations.
