About the role

We are seeking a creative Motion Graphic Designer to join our Jordan office. The role blends traditional motion design with cutting‑edge AI tools to produce high‑quality educational and marketing videos.

Key responsibilities

• Edit and produce educational and marketing video content, ensuring smooth storytelling and consistent flow.
• Collaborate with team leads and multimedia teams on project execution and file management.
• Add music, sound effects, graphics, and visual effects to enhance video content.
• Support live shoots and create short‑form social media videos.
• Stay updated on editing and multimedia trends and refine animations based on feedback.
• Utilize AI tools (Flow, Artlist, Kling, Magnific AI) to accelerate motion‑design workflows.
• Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and visual styles aligned with brand identity.

Required profile

• Strong creativity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Interest in integrating AI‑assisted techniques into motion design.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
• Experience with AI tools such as Flow, Artlist, Kling, and Magnific AI.
