About the role

Quanta Leap Communications is seeking a creative Motion Graphics Designer and Video Editor to join its Amman office. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on producing dynamic visual content that supports the company’s branding and communication initiatives across digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and animate motion graphics for social media, websites, and promotional campaigns.
• Edit and assemble high‑quality video footage using industry‑standard software.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure visual consistency and meet project deadlines.
• Produce engaging reels, short videos, and other multimedia assets tailored to audience trends.
• Maintain organized project files and adhere to brand guidelines throughout the production process.

Required profile

• Proven experience in motion graphics creation and video editing.
• Strong visual storytelling sense, with an eye for timing, branding, and detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on schedule.
• Photography or videography experience is a plus.
