Multi-Property Sales Manager

About the role

The Multi-Property Sales Manager is responsible for proactively generating and handling sales opportunities across multiple locations. The role ensures smooth turnover of business to the service teams and builds long‑term, value‑based relationships with customers to meet sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers through sales calls, entertainment, FAM trips, trade shows and community networking.
• Coordinate with off‑property sales channels to avoid duplication and maximize coverage.
• Participate in sales calls, prepare proposals, draft contracts and manage customer correspondence.
• Identify new business opportunities, understand market trends, competitor strengths and economic factors to achieve personal and location revenue goals.
• Provide accurate turnover information to Event Management and support operational execution of booked business.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the client journey to drive loyalty and increase account share.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel & Restaurant Management or related field with at least 3 years of sales/marketing experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to build and sustain customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, competitor analysis and revenue generation strategies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
