About the role
IMPACT Initiatives is seeking a senior Multi‑Country Representative to lead its integrated missions across the MENA region from its new hub in Amman. The role combines programme management, regional representation and fundraising responsibilities.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and lead programme teams for integrated missions in Yemen, Lebanon and Libya.
- Represent IMPACT with donors, UN agencies and regional partners, driving fundraising and partnership development.
- Design and implement administrative, logistical and risk‑management systems for the Amman hub.
- Coordinate with independent missions, ensuring compliance with HQ standards and local regulations.
- Develop and execute a regional strategic framework and programme plans aligned with IMPACT’s objectives.
Required profile
- Minimum six years of experience in humanitarian settings, including team leadership.
- Master’s degree in humanitarian affairs, development studies, social sciences, political science or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage multi‑disciplinary teams and complex workflows in fast‑paced, cross‑cultural environments.
- Deep understanding of humanitarian coordination systems, donor requirements and advocacy.
- Fluent English; additional languages such as French or Arabic are an asset.
Required skills
- Experience with donor engagement, proposal development and reporting.
- Knowledge of risk management, legal compliance and financial oversight.
- Strong written and oral communication for high‑level stakeholder briefings.
What we offer
- Monthly salary between 4 860 CHF and 4 920 CHF (pre‑tax) plus a $500 USD living allowance.
- Accommodation and meals in a guesthouse, Swiss pension enrolment, health and life insurance, repatriation assistance.
- Flight tickets every six months, visa fee coverage and luggage transport allowance.
- 36 days of annual leave, public holidays, and family/compassionate leave where applicable.
- Pre‑departure induction in Geneva and training in Paris, including security training.
